MP3 player Creative Zen telah hadir dalam seri Zen X-Fi, sebuah compact multimedia yang menjadi media portable pertama untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi X-Fi dari Creative. MP3 player Zen X-Fi memiliki kemampuan Wi-Fi dan terdiri dari beberapa model, yakni kapasitas 16GB dan 32GB. Creative Zen X-Fi adalah player yang paling cool dengan standard desain yang cantik, warna hitam, dan brushed silver yang halus dan mengesankan. Fitur dalam MP3 player ini berupa speaker di bagian belakang, sebuah port standard mini USB, dan 3.5mm headphone jack di bagian kanan, pin microfon, dan slot SDcard di bagian atas. Sedangkan untuk power switch on ada di bagian belakang dari player.

Kelebihan MP3 player Creative Zen X-Fi adalah harga yang cukup murah, banyak fiturnya termasuk foto, video, FM Radio, voice recorder, slot SDcard, Wi-Fi, teknologi X-Fi, dan upgrade earphone EP-830. Kualitas suara juga bagus, layar yang cantik, dan ketahanan baterai untuk pemutaran audio yang cukup lama. Sedangkan kekurangannya berupa content SDcard yang tidak terintegrasi dengan library, video harus di-convert dengan software, dan button pad yang agak membingungkan. Creative Zen X-Fi walaupun memiliki desain plastic MP3 player Creative Zen X-Fi yang kurang menarik, namun secara keseluruhan harga cukup sesuai dengan fitur dan kualitas suaranya.
